EDIT:Would some of you please explain why you would preorder after the mcc, just want a good reason. After all we do speak with our wallets to microsoft and other big companies.

But Halo 5 is going to have a month long beta plus about 10 months to fix whatever needs fixing.
I do agree that pre-orders have started to really degrade the industry, but another big issue is the focus on online. With so much emphasis on internet connection and gaming, companies now have free reign to release incredibly defective games say they’re sorry and that they’ll just fix it with updates. Because hey it’s the future. And you all thought it was going to be used to create innovative new features and gameplay experiences? Lol no it just enables laziness.
This is why I didn’t jump on board and buy an Xbox One for the MCC, I had a feeling something was going to be out of place. I won’t pick up one until I see how long it takes to fix and even then I’ll probably wait to see how Halo 5 turns out.

He never says its a bad thing, just that only bad things have come from them so far (bugs,halo 4, etc)

Ya I’ve really stopped with the pre-ordering the past few years. Though I’ll admit there are some games I’ll put money on, like The Witcher 3. Not only has CD Project Red greatly improved upon each installment in that series, they’re also incredibly pro-consumer.
MCC was the first and last game ill ever preorder. I could have gotten a really good deal on my Xbox one had I waited 2 weeks after launch to buy it but I wanted it for launch and so I paid extra to have it shipped to me plus I lost out on the deal. I wont be preordering halo 5, not even sure if I’m going to buy it I’ll have to see how things go.
Will preorder and download asap.

This video is really unfair. 4 standalone games in one disc running on a console they’re not supposed to run on in the first place with 2 games ported more than once (CE is ported for the third time and 2 for the second time).
Yes, it’s 343s fault, but talking like it’s easy to get things right is a bit stupid.
I think I’m gonna skip Halo 5 like I skipped Halo 4… 343 is just completely worthless. I honestly wish Microsoft would hand over the Halo series to another company. Halo 5 will probably have a decent launch this time around but he’s right, they knew of these issues way before the release. In fact, at the Halo invitational tournament they brought in a bunch of pro’s to play the game on stream, and even some of them noticed the party issues that we still see now. I’m not some mindless idiot that is gonna keep feeding money to a million dollar corporation that doesn’t care about their customers even the slightest…
Nah, still preordering. I preordered Destiny so why the hell not.
I’ve already watched. And I’m still preordering and picking up the game at midnight. Deal with it.
