Halo Waypoint is a great application that is a central hub for all things Halo. But there are some things that need to be fixed.
As of right now, it has been 13 days since the release of the new update. Even now, after 13 days, I have not been able to look at my stats, challenges, or anything related to my career in Halo. The UI is pretty and all, but the app is a disappointment since I can’t view anything related to my player.
After 13 days of no changes or updates, this is unacceptable.

On a side note, can the Spartan avatar update more quickly? I think mine hasn’t updated in 3-6 months. Also where can we find more backgrounds for our “player cards”?
Nice post and loads of people have wanted this APP fixed and have posted on this forum asking when, but nothing from 343 yet. Even some acknowledgement from 343i that its broken would help.
I gave it a negative review multiple times on my phone since it came out, and after 13 days, this is a bit ridiculous. 343i needs to at least reply, as you said, to assure us they are working on it, and not ignoring it.
I think they might fix it when ATLAS comes out, but how long will that take?

I have Windows Phone 7.5 or “Mango” and it still does not work. Apparently it works for some people but the majority of people are claiming it does not work.
And I have checked their to change my background and I only have one background to choose from. Is there somewhere to download new ones? Or is it a glitch with my account?

You get new ones for finding terminals in H:CEA.
You may have to delete the app and then download it again to make it work.

You have to enter the terminal codes (the 5 symbols at the end) either online or on the Halo Waypoint Xbox app to unlock the backgrounds
EDIT: Probably should have at least provided the link to the website one. Better late than never

The application’s UI works fine and all the features such as news and encyclopedia work except for the Career feature. It only gives (for me at least, maybe other people are experiencing something different) the Milestone you are on for Halo Achievements. When you try to load up your stats, the application says that it failed to download the stats and to try again.
To no avail, reloading or reinstalling the application hasn’t worked.
