Please update the playlists page

343i: It would be nice to know which maps are still in Super Slayer. For whatever reason, you don’t seem willing to tell us. So could you just please update the playlists page? Thank you.

I was actually about to PM WaypointWeb asking for it to be updated, it is long overdue.

Just to add on to my previous comment, I went through and compared all the problems of the playlist page and typed it up in a PM to the WaypointWeb account.

Here it is for your convenience:

Hey, I was just wondering, would it be possible for the Halo: Reach Playlist page to be updated more often.

As of now, there are many mistakes:

  • The only gametype in The Arena playlist is TU Arena Slayer, however the playlist page still states TU Slayer, implying it has Assault Rifle starts.

  • The TU Beta playlist is wrongly named, it has been called TU ZB Slayer for months now.

  • The MLG playlist was updated to V7 settings which included Beaver Creek & Damnation, however, the playlist page doesn’t show this at all.

  • Rumble Pit, according to the playlist page, doesn’t have TU settings, all the gametypes are lacking ‘TU’ before the name.

  • According to the playlist page, the max party size for Squad DLC is 6, however, in-game it displays 12.

  • Super Slayer has the Team Slayer image instead of the Super Slayer one shown in-game.

  • Super Slayer claims on the playlist page, to have a max party size of 8, however, in-game it has a max party size of 4, I have no idea which one is correct as Super Slayer was meant to be a copy of Team Slayer with TU settings, Team Slayer displays Max Party Size of 8 in-game and on-site.

  • Super Slayer on the playlist page still includes all the old maps & gametypes that were meant to be removed in the most recent playlist update (April), it removed Elite Slayer & various community maps which were not told to the players, this page is the only way of players finding out what was removed and so far, we don’t know.

  • The playlist page is lacking the ‘Team Size: X’ text which is shown on all playlists in-game, minus Living Dead, Rumble Pit & Anniversary FFA.

  • The playlist page is lacking the ‘Big Party Size: X’ text which is shown on The Arena & Double Team in-game.

@ The Little Moa: The BTB map listing is also not quite current. It still shows Cragmire and Delta Facility as being in that playlist. They have been temporarily removed until they are updated.

EDIT: Re-sent and also PM’d MM Systems Team to hopefully have some playlist description problems in-game fixed too that I noticed when sending the message to WaypointWeb
