We’re already constrained to playing at least 3 campaign missions in a specific game each week for Weekly PvE challenges. Having another challenge where you gotta play the same three Halo 3 campaign missions and having to look up video guides on where to find the statues every week is getting old very quickly. This seems like it should have been a seasonal challenge rather than a weekly. Halo 3 already has enough content and love as it is, so it would be nice if 343 could stop forcing us to play more of it every week.
If it does stay, to make your life easier I’d recommend bookmarking Generalkidd’s “Halo 3 - All Hidden Moa Statue Locations Guide” and turning on the Acrophobia skull and setting the difficulty to Easy. That way it doesn’t take anywhere near as long as it would have if you were to run through these missions normally.
Acrophobia will not prevent this challenge from completing so don’t worry about that.

There’s plenty of guides out there for this, it’s pretty much a free season point. The “Moa statue” page on Halopedia has a full list of every single location in every level, and the challenge itself tells you which levels the statues are active on.

Well at least once you get the three statues you don’t have to finish the mission. I doubt this challenge will be permanent. Who knows what will happen after this season ends whenever that will be. Being the last season I hope they make it a long one.

Well I mean, you don’t have to finish the level in order to the challenge to be completed, I partially agree that it could be a nuisance to search for a youtube video because the statues position changes every week if I’m not mistaken, but as other people said, free season pass points
