Please tell me I'm wrong...

[SPOILERS OF GHOSTS OF ONYX]

Hello there,

just used Archimedes relation (4piradius^(3)) to get the shield world at the end of Ghosts of Onyx’s total surface (in case it’s perfectly spherycal).
I made the operations putting “1” (the radius of the SW is 1 AU) as radius.

And it gave me this area: 12.56657061 AU^(2).

Converted in square kilometres: 1,879,903,911 km^(2)…

When Earth is 6,371 km^(2)…

It’s like… 295,072 Earths?!!

Clan someone please verify this and say if the shield world would be this huge?

Thanks.

It should be 2 AU in diameter which is 300 million kilometers in diameter.

Yes, but I needed the radius (1) for the ecuation, not the diameter.

I believe so, I did it out once and came to some quadrillion square miles.

I’m assuming total surface area? (as it is spherical)

Yeah, that sounds about right.

Yes, total area assuming it’s perfectly spherycal (might not be a perfect sphere like Earth, but considering it’s a Forerunner artifact in Slipspace…).

Glad you say so.
