Please stop saying "quality of life improvements"

Just give us freaking details describing what you are working on, if its minor then don’t mention it, if its something like Desync or Custom Games functionality and so forth just be more transparent/specific, vague descriptions of what you are working on just indicates you are doing next to nothing.

Simple little criticism, nothing too complicated.

It’s just a few buzz words that allow them to remain vague while attempting to put the fan base at ease.

Then, when a bugged menu glitch is fixed they can say “Quality of Life fix guys! See?!”

exactly that’s my point. Its so vague it might as well not be mentioned. Its inherently non-descriptive, and its arguably deceptive. They need to stop being so coy with us

The term “Quality of life” is used also for those that are on hospice…just saying.

companies always use buzz words instead of plain english.

i’m sure it’s done on purpose to be as vague as possible.

trouble is it back fires when you don’t elaborate. just keep saying the same things.

errodes trust.

“quality of life improvements” doesn’t mean anything, it’s just to help fill out the very short list.

This is why I want them to take the known issues list, and top community wanted features, and put them on a monthly priority list for everyone to see. This would be the best way to be transparent is so we can see where they are putting their resources and we can see what is new vs. what is a fix vs. what is a request. When a drop pod or other update fixes something, then that is taken off the list and the list adjusts appropriately. It isn’t a list of what will be finished first, but it should be a list of how many people are being thrown at it. We don’t have to agree with the list, but it would help show they are committed to getting this stuff done. Things like improved loading times, network connections, and cross-core visors shouldn’t be treated like big content announcements. These should be foundational, base-line, bare-minimum stuff. Actual new content, events, and plans is what the roadmap is for.

For example split-screen. People are still confused if it is actually canceled or not. This list would confirm it. If it is thrown to the bottom of the list, then okay, we know it is still on the table, but not active. If it was taken off the list, then we know it is canceled.
