Too many haters, why? Halo 5 looks a like a pretty solid halo game, it’s just different from the other Halo games. I used to think that Halo 5 was going to a CoD copy, after playing the beta I see that it’s a Halo game with more spice, what’s wrong with that? Why must Halo be a copy-and-paste title every year? Are we not allowed variety? Now if people don’t like it, it’s totally cool, I respect their opinions, but I thought these forums were for positive and constructive feedback? Not a cesspool of: Negativity and Stupidity (I’ve seen some pretty stupid -Yoink!- on these forums). Why can’t we fellow Spartans hold hands and be happy that a new Halo game is coming out? People say things like: “Halo is Halo because (insert thing here)”, but, in reality, isn’t what makes Halo, “Halo”, is it’s fun factor? I really don’t care about all the other extra -Yoink!- they put in Halo games, as long as I can sit in my couch and have a good time, that’s all the matters to me. Please fellow Spartans…Don’t be negative, try to help 343i make this game as awesome as they can, and remember:

Yeah, the beta was great imo. I haven’t had a game make me want to go back like Halo 5 did in a long time.

I wouldn’t worry too much about them. It seems they’ve actually died down a bit after the beta; anyone else notice the same thing?

Finally a positive thread. The beta was great and fun to play. Although I’m more of a btb guy the 4v4 gamemodes were still a blast to play. Can’t wait to see how 343 will handle vehicle combat for H5G
Hopefully you know the difference between criticism and hate. Somebody who does not like the game does not automatically mean he hates the game, neither does complaining about a feature.
…but yes, some people here can be pretty negative. I have said many times the game has potential, but I am not positive some features will help the game and if they are not fixed, they will cause bigger problems.

Boom! The truth has been spoken!
With the success of the H5 beta and the recent MCC patch, things have definitely calmed down around here. It’s good to see people positive around here again! If 343 can keep everything balanced, which is something they seem to be very concerned about this time around, then I think we have a winning game.
I haven’t play the beta, but to me it look great and I think people are going to buy and play it a lot.

Yeah I’ve been withdrawing from H5:G pretty bad. I knew that my life would feel incomplete once that beta ended and boy was I right.

The gunplay in that game is what’s wrong with it, similiar to Halo 4, if you come across a decent player with basically any weapon, it turns into a twitch shooter because everything is so easy to use, that’s the BIGGEST thing wrong with Halo 5, whether people realize it or not.

I don’t see a problem with the gunplay, and what’s the matter with make weapons easier to use so casual players can be on equal footing? Why must halo be about “skill”? If you want “skill” play CoD or something.
