Ok Simply put I better say this
I already know there are like 9000 of these
I already know This isn’t gonna change squat
I already know no matter what I say no matter how hard I pleed or how good my case you are all gonna keep yelling at each other for the stupidest of reasons.
SO here I go being stupid knowing this will never make any one come to their senses.
When halo wars came out the community fractured. And for what? For it being a RTS? I mean we were already before then turning it into a race game and before that they planned a lego one.
Then odst came out. nothing to big of a split.
Then reach came out and guess what? It split in half and a war between reach fans and original halo fans started.
This was such a big fight that guess what. If you look on lets say any page and you can see some one saying “Reach sucked lets go to the good old day” or “Reach good game it deserves a say”
I mean realy have any of you looked threw every game forum and noticed somthing.
The Halo 3-ce miss the good old days
Reach is nothing but complaints with no fix in sight
ODST and CEA seem to just chat just staying out of it all
and guess what
The wars forums is banning together… Making a army to show their support for a second halo wars game or even a DLC.
Their doing contest and just having fun… Like we all sould be.
the fact is complaining and just saying what you want wont help fix the gaps
it will just worsen them.
So I stand here and I stand true. I say we find a way to make every one happy or just leave
because all this fighting’s just going to kill halo
the game we all love and want to prosper.
So please stop fighting and saying just what you want. Think of the community as a whole when you post your next idea or thought and I promise we will all see halos golden age again.
Thanks for trying dude I really can see you want us to be a great community but people are gonna complain I hate it too trust me people would rather spat out insults than give constructive criticism people complained about halo 2 they complained about halo 3 said its too different than halo 2 and i grantee you people are gonna complain about halo 4. What most halo “purist” are seeking is nostalgia and it cannot be replicated in any way and if they make halo 4 just like halo 2 no matter how much people want it they will be disappointed just like if halo CEA was anything other than a remake I would be super disappointed cause it would be a modern game that played like a 10 year old game but its a remake so I love it! as sad as it is you cant fix people with bad attitudes to start with and come here to spread pessimism you just have to know that you want everybody to get along and do your best to make this a better place.
P.S I came here from b.net and I LOVE this place compared to b.net so its not that bad just a lot of complaints
The only way this war will end is when 343 says “ENOUGH!” and shows us what Halo 4 is all about.
I say at that point, the fighting has to stop.
Halo 4 will define the directions 343 wants to take with Halo. If people don’t like those directions, I think it’s time to give up and move on. I might be one of those poeple…But it all depends on Halo 4.
Until then, we can clash and scream all we want to have our voices heard.
I think that if you like the halo story, you’ll love every halo game. of course the gameplay is gonna change from one game to the other. what makes me comeback to play halo is the whole universe based around the game.
What makes you think it’s a fight between original halo fans and Reach fans. So what your saying is Reach fans cannot possibly be original Halo fans. That shows your bias when you try to state the two groups fighting. It’s simply a mixture of people fighting …
Its ok for people to calmly and logically call out on some of the things in Reach that wouldn’t fit in Halo 4. But we usually see this:
“Reach Sucks”
Its posts like that, that starts pointless arguments where the Reach hater will often come up with 1 word responses, not caring to explain his/her opinion. Saying that is flamebait in my eyes, its obvious that its going to provoke someone.
Why can’t people just say something like this?
“Every game had good things and bad things. Lets see what the good things are and try to get them to fit, while we leave behind the things that absolutely won’t work.”
We don’t need to neccesarily single out any game or that game’s supporters. Some will like Halo 2 better than others, same with Halo 3 and Reach and every other game.
