- there are forums dedicated to finding teams
- if you dont want your rank to suffer due to under performing scrubs then go do free for all
- come back to ranked team when you have a team
Its not that hard
I swear its like you just cross your fingers when searching team playlists alone and then complain about going down because you had bad team mates.
Would you get angry at a casino for taking your money after you put it all on black? NO
So stop getting mad when you get paired with bad team mates when there are almost limitless outlets for you to find a team (forums), train (custom games), and then go and search.

So we can’t just be matched the correct way by 343 and have to instead, go onto a site, look for people for 10 hours, play two matches, part ways, repeat?
Doesn’t really work, and when I am the only one with 10 kills on my team in Normal Warzone and Slayer, something’s up…
stop saying that people need to find players elsewhere when we didnt already back in H3. there were closer skill matching and most importantly har built in party restrictions for matchmaking to prevent teams to get free wins for playing randomly assembled players.
personally i play in premades most of the time but i would also like to be able to solo search like i could 10 years ago.
