How the ranks work in this game.
Because I keep on losing and ranking up almost every single game
I don’t think 343 even knows how they work 
I have heard that if you do well against higher ranks even though you technically lose you can still rank up.
I suck and never rank up. Even when I think I play good for a few days I never seem to rank up any

Yeah its a disply error so whenever you lose a match but see the upwards green arrows its supposedly should be downwards red arrows
