You can actually drop the kills to 500, get that one quicker if you want.

400 headshots, 800 kills in firefight. Each give 10000 credits. After you get the 400 headshots, turn it in and make another 400 headshots. This is easiest in gruntpocalypse in score attack.
30000 credits for 1.5 house playing time.

you won’t get banned. Modding gamesaves isn’t bannable/detectable. Its not network manipulation or AFKing. I’m also pretty sure BS Angel stated it wasn’t bannable too.
Lets just stick with challenges.

I played SWAT to get it and got it in around 1 hour and 20 minutes or so.

I usually don’t do 2 rounds of 400 headshots but if you want to advance your longshot or trigger happy commendation then this is the thing to do. If you just want the remaining 400 kills to go by fast rocket attack is a fast alternative. Either way it’s 10000 credits. Now for me I do headshots becuse I maxed out heavy weapons a long time ago. Once you reach max everything though it really doesn’t matter.
