People who play deserve XP, And stopping someone at a level until the next day is pointless. And frankly, it makes me not want to play the game.
Who agrees?

this is the only thing i really agree on with all you haters. They should remove it but with them having it in for now. Does not make me want to stop playing.
It’s to “Stop people from leveling up like crazy.”
What’s the point of that? If I want to play 100 games in a day, that’s my own business. If someone else wants to only play 2, than they’re responsible for the rank they receive.
The only time it was acceptable was in Reach, because there were so many exploits when the game first came out (Challenge Resetting, ONI Sword Base Laser Designator, etc.) that they had to hammer it all out before too many people blasted up in the ranks that they wouldn’t be able to keep track.
But here, there is no such thing. Now it’s all fine and dandy. So why do we need a cap?

I’m not trying to hate on them… Halo 4 has been awesome and i love it, but XP is my motivation for playing multiplayer. And if i dont get Xp, then i dont really want to play multiplayer as much… Im just forging right now, and it also kind of pisses me off to not give me XP that i played for.
I never play enough to reach the cap, but that’s irrelevant. If someone wants to play all day, let them.
