Seriously the boltshot needs to be removed from your loadout its a frikin mini shotgun in your pocket! i know its been patched but its not enough i cant express how much i hate this gun. end of rant
I’m pretty sure it’s here to stay. The bolt shot does make a unique sound when being pulled out, and another one when being charged up. Listen for those warning signs, and they’re just as easy to avoid as the Halo 3 Mauler (remember when peeps hated those? Especially the single-wield shot-melee?).
I tend to only like it when using it. I think it shouldn’t be removed, but just nerfed enough to cause 90% damage at point blank range. But of course a beat down would be in order after that.
I’m pretty sure the nerf in range was the best we are going to get. So you’ll have to deal with it from this point forward. Your argument will now fall on deaf ears because 343i did something already. You won’t get a second round on this one.
No matter how much you ask for it, no weapon is going to be fully removed from Halo 4.
I repeat: NO WEAPON WILL BE REMOVED FROM HALO 4.
They can change stats and what not, but they won’t just straight up remove a weapon.
It’s not even that bad anymore.
