The anti-aim-assist only occurs for mouse aiming and will seemingly increase as sideways movement of a target relative to the mouse-aimer increases, in other words, the game subtly pushes the reticule away from targets during strafing. I can only notice this on snipers, minus the shock rifle, but it feels so weird needing to compensate against the game pushing my reticule at random speeds, the random speeds and random timings of the anti-corrections really turn snipers into slot machines because often times right when shooting, the game decides to make an anti-correction. Controller for Halo Infinite feels phenomenal to use while the anti-corrections for M&K are really not necessary, I think the anti-corrections could turn away many potential frequent M&K players of Halo Infinite. Something else that relates to this is that incorporating Nvidia Reflex into Halo Infinite after fixing the current multiplayer stability issues will drastically improve system latency quality for a majority of PC players regardless of their input-type, and most notably, Reflex increases the number of playable frames to allow more reward from accuracy.
That’s all, I appreciate the dedication that the devs have for Halo, so thank you!
