in Grifball… I used a secondary account to boost my rear admiral commendation but I felt like it was wrong to do so I stopped before the commendation got to max. I want all sprees and medals I earned in grifball to be taken off my service record. So please read this 343 staff.
Thanks
I dont think that is possible on an individual medal so if you are troubled by it that much perhaps you should abandon this account and start over.
As a side note I would suggest not openly admitting to boosting, I understand that it is frowned upon and could result in a complete reset which would solve your medal problem, but not in the way I think you would want ti to be solved.
This is my main account so I don’t want to start everything over and the reason I boosted is because I don’t think I’ll have 100 percent commendations maxed out by the time Halo 4 comes out. I still feel bad though, if they do reset me then fine but as long as I don’t lose my commendations

There is a time and place to admit fault. But here is not it bro. It’s a good conscience relief for you, but use it as a lesson to not repeat it, under any circumstances, in the future. they may or may not do anything, I sure as heck wouldn’t. You boosted. You deserve to have that serve as a reminder you chose not to play fairly. For whatever the reason.
Please understand I’m not trying to be harsh about this, but in reality, cheaters are penalized in the maximum by others doing nothing to serve as a reminder that your stats are forever labeled as someone who boosted.

Well yeah, I admit I boosted and I doubt I’ll be able to finish my commendations before Halo 4. I’m at 87 percent but I’m still so far away.

Then earn as much as you can and don’t hold back on it. When Halo 4 comes, it’ll be up to you to determine whether or not to continue. As for me, I leave them be and remember those milestones are still there. Halo, for me, is not about what I can’t accomplish. If I can’t get an achievement for whatever the reason, I don’t seek it out. I still don’t have 2 for 1 in H3 for a reason.
Even if this could be done I doubt only the medals could be removed without the commendations. The two go hand in hand. As my personal opinion your commendations are really just there to track your progress, there is no actual ‘max’, because you can check the stats for weapon types here on waypoint. Your commendations are a sign of how much you play. If you feel it was wrong, then start over again from the beginning that way you’ll KNOW you got it all the right way.
