Please remove my ban

I got banned twice in a day due to poor quality of your servers. I got kicked out of the match after it ended and the system took me for a quitter. It has happened several times since the release of the game and I’m actually tired of this (and so many other problems), so remove the ban as soon as you read this post or give me a refund.

OP, you are in no position to be making demands or ultimatums. Can you do a detailed network test from you Xbox, and tell me the upload speed, download speed, packet loss percentage, signal strength(wifi), and ping? If you do this I might be able to help you avoid future bans.

If you’re hellebores on getting a refund, you cannot return or be refunded for a digital copy, but if you purchased a physical copy, you can go to the retailer where you bought it, and return it there based upon the policy of that retailer. If your retailer will not accept your copy, you could always go to gamestop and trade it in for store credit.edit: in spoiler, you → your

This is the wrong forum for such posts. Go post in the ban thread for the right people to see this.

Also, 343i is a game developer, not a game seller. Refunds are handled by the retailer you make your purchases from, like Xbox Store or GameStop.

I thought, if something I bought doesn’t work, I should have been in position to demand a refund or a fix to the problem. If that’s not the case for a broken videogame then I apologize… In the detailed network test the upload speed is 0.53 Mbps, the download speed is 5,21 Mbps, packet loss is 0%, signal strength is 74% and the ping is 190 ms. Me being a fan of Halo for 13 years, I thought I’ll never regret buying a digital copy, so I guess I can’t do anything now for the refund.

Edit: May I ask who are you Alextriathlete?

Thanks for the link to the ban thread, last time I looked for something like that it didn’t exist.

Also, 343i is responsible for the issue I’m writing about, so if I’m asking for a fix or a refund it’s obvious to ask them first, before going to ask to Microsoft’s support, so they could hook me up with the right person. I can’t be sure they don’t give refunds in any form and I don’t know how you can be so sure of it. In any case I’d like to read that directly from them, not from a random person.

Please use this thread to discuss this topic, thanks.
