Why, why, why is Guillotine even a map let alone on matchmaking, I love halo, its without doubt one of my favorite games, but whenever I play Guillotine I just feel lie turning my xbox off. I can sincerely say it is the worst map I have ever played on any game I’ve ever played. Please remove it
No, than we’d only have 3 maps in rotation and that just won’t do. Besides I’m getting some great Mantis kills on it.
Honestly, Guillotine has provided me with some of the closest games I have ever played in regards to Big Team Slayer which is quite enjoyable. And it is the map that appears rarely in that rotation, keep it, long live Headlong.

I agree. I really enjoy Strongholds on it.
That is weird, it is by far my most favorite map in Halo 5 at this point. Funny how opinions can differ so much!
If its because of the looks, then 343 hasn’t really completed it yet. They had to ship out right away and they can make tweaks to it. Which I assume they are doing right now.

lol, guillontine is the best BTB map in my opinion. so easy to do good score in it.
With as limited at the map rotation already is the last thing they need to do is remove maps. Also just because you don’t like it doesn’t mean they should remove it.

Where did you get this information? They worked on these maps for months actually, and I never read anywhere that they said they were rushed.
How do you think it is incomplete? Seems fine to me.

Really? Its my favorite map. A lot of different areas to battle in, you can clamber across the map, and you can drive vehicles around on the road.

Is there anything in writing or on video that confirms this or is this purely speculation and/or wishful thinking?
And I means as far as looks. I am sure they are always looking at balance and tweaking things as far as weapon spawns, etc…
I heard all the maps we got for BTB were made by the forge community and 343 didn’t do anything except come in and change the game modes and weapons they were designed for… like guillotine was made for a warthog and 343 took them out and added a mantis instead.
Guillotine is the best map; there is so much variety. You can:
- Control 3 power weapons - initiate ariel attacks from banshee - Go invis’ shotgun - use the mantis - Do impressive parkour jumps - Control three main parts of the map which each provide their own unique gameplay - Just have fun messing with your friends

I’d rather see that standoff remake out. Headlong is one of the better Halo 2 maps and it still plays great in Halo 5
