I’m not fond of any of the abilities in the game. However armor lock is a joke in my opinion. But it wont get removed 
Personally, I’d rather they remove (or at least weaken) the jetpack.
I dont really see much of a problem in it. In my opinion, it is the most effective armor ability in the game. However, it is still a bit overpowered in team slayer, the TU updated armor lock is much more sufficient for gameplay.

Seems like it was designed well for vehicles, but the EMP is utterly ridiculous for a non vehicle gametype. There is nothing balanced about being able to delay the kill that someone earned and more often than not strip it from them. Ill tolerate in in vehicle gametypes, but elsewhere it needs to be gone.
Just keep it in Team Slayer. At least then it’s contained, and people will still be able to get the achievements.
It should be removed from maps without vehicles.

are you kidding? armor lock was designed to be used against vehicles then was abused! it needs to be contained in big team battle or something, not team slayer!
With Team Slayer remaining Vanilla Reach (at least, at the moment), I’d say keep it.

They need to remove jetpack and active camo also. I pretty much just stick to the mlg and arena playlists so i don’t have AAs breaking maps or just breaking the game completely.
Armor Lock, actually, NONE of the AA’s will be removed from Team Slayer. Ever. End of story.
But then how will I infuriate the general masses?

Just do what I do. Grab shotgun or stand back when the Armor Locker sap goes into his derp mode. Throws some nades or shotgun him to death when he comes out. The proceed to shoot his dead body several times afterwards to make him understand using that AA is silly.
Play Super Slayer instead.
Armor Lock is balanced, you just don’t know how to counter it. Just like Jetpacks. Adapt or fry. Its the most competitive AA in the game guys. I am so serious look at my serious face 
Play Super Slayer/TU playlists
Throw grenades/shoot armor Locker
Earn kill and apply juicy T bags

The only playlist it should be in is BTB, and perhaps Invasion, though, if it were up to me, Armor Lock would be removed from the game completely.

Just a wild guess, but if it were up to you, I bet you would remove every AA. Hows my aim?
Now that team slayer has vehicles, on midas anyways, armour lock now has a permanant place in the playlist. While entire teams may have abused it earlier, now it can be used for destroying vehicles.
