Hello, i’m a 17 year old halo player, im VERY skilled, not to be cocky , id say top 10%. I’d like to compete in the halo 4 global championship, and I think its a little unfair to make such a age limit, is there some way I can have parental consent (lol) I want to join this!
No matter what you say, 343 will not make exceptions for you. Sorry, but the age limit is 18.
Sorry kid, but that is one thing that can not be changed.
To add on to what others have said, you can’t compete for cash prizes in a lot of places unless you’re at the age of 18 or over. Parental consent isn’t going to help.
Sorry kiddo. 18+ only. No exceptions, but there’ll be new competitions in the future.

There are Legal reasons on why they can’t accept minors.
It’s against federal law (US) for businesses to award individuals under the age of 18 any form of money.

No they can’t give you special privileges, 18+ sorry.
I think the only disappointing thing about the Global Tournament is that residents of Maryland, Connecticut, Quebec, Arizona, and a few more states/provinces are unable to participate.
Guess what everyone: I’m of the appropriate age to participate, but I live in Maryland! Yay!

… MLG gave you your prize even if you were under age at the time the prize was supposed to be given to you, the only thing you needed was a parental consent format signed by your parents.

ok just a quick question. i signed up for the global championship and im registered and everything, but i went to go become a member on -Yoink!- gamings site it says i wants old enough. im 18 and it still wont let me sign up on there actual site. should i be worried?

Did you enter the correct birthdate information when prompted?
You would think a simple no they wont allow it would be plenty enough but NNNOOOO about 15 other people have to say they wont allow it as well
