All those EXPs I’m losing in commendations. I’ve lost intrest in daily/weekly challanges as I see no point any more. Nearly every game has a SR130 in it. PLEASE 343 RAISE THE CAP!!! I personaly think SR300 sounds good 
Competitive Skill Rank (CSR) is the replacement for SR ranks, hence why it didn’t take long at all to reach SR-130.
I’d love to see the max level increased, but I personally don’t see it happening, especially since there would be no rewards.
Inheritor took too long and SR 130 took no time at all… Wonder if a nice middle will ever be found?

You could just play the game for fun, and not worry about rank or commendations at all.

Yes I could (and do ) but I liked the challange and reward that going up in pointless numbers gave. Plus it gave bragging rights and petty competition. I’d like to have that again. using Reach as an exarmple, I have had the game scince it came out and I’m still not max rank (close to it however). That small competition of numbers is fun and its a shame that it ends so fast.

When are people going to learn they’re not going to add any new ranks. Stop asking for them.

Play for fun? PLAY FOR FUN?!?! WHAT MADNESS IS THIS!?!?!
Kidding aside though you raise a good point, the entire concept of games is to have fun. However I can appreciate the other side of the argument in that challenges and what not have no meaning anymore once you reach 130, and that is arguably part of the ‘fun’.

Faulty analogy. You get a pokemon to 100 for higher stats so you can use it competitively. Getting 130 doesn’t do much for gameplay besides unlocking a few extra loadout items you’ll never use.

I’m just talking about in regular gameplay, but I realize it’s a bad analogy, But when you get max level you can strive to become better so you are not an awful 130 who just played a lot
How about we get improved CSR first. And by that I mean in-game CSR.
Its just the thing that gets me is how they want us to keep playing Halo. But they do nothing to help that. You have people who are at max rank, People with all the armors, and they have released all the DLC too early. Oh and dont get me started on the stupid CSR thing which is only visible on waypoaint which is totally worthless and dumb. They should raise the level cap since it takes a decent amount of time depending on the gamer (Playing Spartan Ops reaalllly ranks you up faster). They should add some new armor pieces and new gametype commendations for the new gametypes that they have released like for example Extraction. Now that will keep people interested in Halo 4 instead of playing it and being done with it. I already need one more achievement. Once i get it there seems to be no real reason to keep playing. The commendations for certain gametypes are already a bunch of BS because they match you with the crappiest players in the world… And if anything add more to Spartan Ops. Stop wasting time tuning the weapons when they are already fine the way they are and work on keeping people interested in the game.

They said with the announcement of CSR that it wouldn’t be in-game and have said multiple times since it won’t be happening.

I personally think Brigadier and Field Marshal sound good! A SR increase should happen.
How does one “rasie” the level cap?
That’s what you have commendation’s and CSR for.

I think they could raise the level cap and once you hit the new cap you unlock an armor veriant such as Hayabusa, or the Haunted variant.
