I think the Ebay guys should be stopped, they are selling the razor skin for like 40 bucks less than actually buying the headphones to get the skin. As far as adding exclusive content into the store I don’t agree. Customization is lacking uniqueness and adding these items would take away from the already struggling attraction to MTX’s. I’m probably bias though because I have a few, and couldnt help but feel a little cheated, it was a stressful time collecting 1st series Spartan Collection. The supply chains sucked and when they did drop people bought them up quick.

People paid money for exclusive content, because it was supposed to be exclusive. It absolutely should not be brought to the store
I get why people would want to keep their exclusives exclusive. I imagine there would be tiers for it though. Something you get with a bag of gummy worms - whatever - put it in the shop. Something that came with a limited Halo Infinite editon of the Series X - not so much.
If you went out and bought (or worse, paid scalper prices for) a piece of equipment that you didn’t want or need just to get a digital trinket - that’s kind of on you.
Something is only a deal if you actually want it.
