For the love of god remove plasma pistols and plasma grenades from loadouts and give us a proper BTB playlist without infinity settings.

If Plasma Pistols were removed, then ppl would have a hard time getting certain achievements, plus those who enjoy ramming on another with the Ghost so it does wonders. That goes for Plasma Grenades. You need it if you are gonna disable and bomb a Mantis, “Skywalker Style”

So you want to sacrifice gameplay for some stupid achievements? And if i recall correctly you never spawned with them in previous games and vehicles were not a problem. Again I could be horribly wrong but I doubt it. Seeing as they did spawn on the map and they were never that hard to grab a few of them.
On topic: Honestly loadouts need more then that done to them in my opinion. Precision rifles need to be removed from them aswell as aa’s, leads to stalemates and bland gameplay.
Yeah but its just ridiculous when you get in a vehicle it just gets taken out instantly put them on the map instead
Are you kidding? Vehicles were such a problem in the previous games. I used to camp inside hidden areas for the sheer fact that there were never enough plasma pistols or grenades around to stop the vehicles.
It would be ok in this game though because theres quite a bit of cover on the maps whereas in reach and h3 maps were quite open and you could get caught in no-mans land a lot

Don’t remove them but, perhaps nerf them or make it takemore PP shots to disable a vehicle or say 3 PGs.Or,perhaps only have one PG in loadout.
Agreed. And not only that, but for the possible outcome of what the Plasma Pistol might become if it remained in loadouts.
In the previous bulletin, I believe 343 were interested in vehicular and loadout balance. If PPs stay in loadouts, then they’ll eventually become pea-shooters, ultimately being redundant. The solution I’d like to see is PPs be map only with the traits it currently has (perhaps even a slight buff) so that they remain effective, but don’t destroy vehicular combat by being able to spawn with them.
I’ve been advocating for this for a while, but with the weapon balance coming, hopefully those things will no longer need to be removed from loadouts.

You can’t increase the EMP’s needed, but the number of Plasma Grenades in loadouts would be nicely balanced.
Increasing the EMP’s screws over CTF gametypes. You’d never be able to stop the Warthog. Also, KoH on Ragnarok would become horrid with overpowered Mantis’ not coming down to one EMP.

I hate to say this so bluntly, but are you a noob? You seem like you don’t know how to deal with relatively simple situations.
I will admit team coordination in Matchmaking can be a seemingly impossible challenge, but playing Halo 3 now it’s quite easier than I ever imagined. I never talked on my mic back during Halo 3’s glory days, because I was around 12 at the time and you can imagine how seriously people on XBL will take a 12 year old. However now that time has passed, even people that don’t have headsets on have listened to me and followed my orders and helped us out.
Overall, you just need teammates that aren’t derps.
