There is just about nothing more frustrating than getting a challenge that doesn’t track properly. It seems that nearly every time I play, I get at least one challenge that doesn’t track.
Today it’s “Get three headshots with a sniper rifle while looking down the scope”
I got multiple “Counter-Snipe” badges which specifically say headshot an enemy with a sniper rifle while looking down the sights while they are too, yet I didn’t get any progression. Incredibly frustrating.
It’s crazy that this far into the game, challenges are still such a mess.
I have noticed that many of these challenges that are not tracked correctly seem to be based on a specific medal. So if you get a different medal that still meets the challenge criteria, it doesn’t track correctly.
For example if you have a back smack challenge and get a back smack medal it counts. But if you get an Achilles Spine medal for back smacking someone who had an overshield, it doesn’t count.
It sounds like the same thing might be going on with this challenge. I’ve put numerous support tickets in for this issue, but still not fixed.
