Please organize the armor 343i

First off, why are the armors all red and blue? I can’t look at the armors themselves when trying to select them I have to look at the names while going up and down.

Secondly, Why isn’t the armor organized like Reach? Where you pick an armor, then its “attachments” are on the sides. Why not do that with the other “variants” of the armors. (I quote variant because they’re usually just differently marked white lines)

There are 79 origianl (meaning without color variations) armors total, which is alot, TOO much to just scroll through. It’s 2016, you’re going to let a game from 2010 beat you on organization?

In the ideal game, you would get armor and helmets like we do not, but once we get them we can customize them. For instance, if I unlock helioskrill armor, I can take just the chest piece from helioskrill and combine it with the shoulders of another armor and the legs of a 3. I feel unlocking armor should give us the option to customize our spartans using the individual pieces of the armor we unlocked.

As for skins, I feel skins needed to be their own category Instead of the same armor over and over with a different skin, armor skins should have been their own unlock. For instance I can use whatever armor combination I want, and apply any of the unlocked skins I have to that armor.

Exactly, I mean why add all the skin variants when they could have just let us do that ourselves?

Helljumper is ruined by the white lines and the dumb smiley face on it (WHOSE IDEA WAS THAT?!)

Completely agree.

I agree with the scolling part. I wish it were organized like how it is in the “collection” menu. I have over 120 armor and helmets and it is hard as hell to find a specific piece a lot of the times.

Amen

I agree with OP. Also, I’d rather be able to choose separate shoulders, legs, arms, and torso than re-skins of the same preset armor.

If they still have req packs giving you the armor sets than maybe instead of having each piece be separate you unlock say the whole Mark VI set which includes a card for shoulders, a card for legs, and a card for the chest so you can have the same customization but not have to grind as much. Helmets could be their own separate req card that you would have to unlock on its own. Then, as previously stated, you have the different variants place under a class called. So if you unlock Mark VI scarred, then it will be under the same category as the regular Mark VI helmet.

That’s a good idea. But 343i would sooner make them not bundled for more profit from micro-transactions. They aren’t makin’ games just make people smile. It’s all about that money.

That would be fantastic. Loosing customization really disappointed me. Some of the skins are cool but the armors they are on aren’t the greatest.
