Because:
[/li]- Besides team size, it’s completely separate from any of the other Multi Team gametypes;
- The kids who still think swing-voting at the last second is hilarious;
- When I occassionally want to play it, it never gets picked. When I want to go shooting some fools in the face, the racing fans come out in droves;
- Half the time, the other players just upturn the car because they don’t want to play OR
- They’ll drive but as soon as you take the wheel, they upturn the car. As if doing that won’t make me do exactly the same thing to them;
- It will reduce the population of MT but at least everyone will be happy;
- I have just quit three races in a row. Yes, I’ll get banned for a while. No, that is less painful than sitting through a game I have no interest in playing.
Bring back Mongoose Rocket Race too
Not enough people will play it. I enjoy it I really do, but some only play for kills. I got chewed out several weeks ago by a former friend and his friend.
ME: “Go for the hill!”
Former friend: “No we want kills!”
ME: “You guys aren’t playing properly!”
Former friend: “go screw yourself we don’t give a yoink!”
Me: “next time you guys want to play according to the Rules, let me know”
Former friend: “FA&!”
Me: negs, removes, blocks
Never the less, I do enjoy it, but people don’t play it like they should or near the amount they should.

And yep, I’ll also occassionally abandon my team if I don’t want to play hog race. It’s the only playlist I’ll do this (barring getting matched with extremely annoying players).

add race and rally and you have a good playlist.
maybe even make a team race gametype where individual placings add up to team placing.

Sorry man, complaints don’t do jack squat. They allow you to file complaints so that you feel better. But they really don’t do anything at all.
I’ve gotten countless messages from angry people, telling me they’re going to “file a complaint, hope you enjoy your ban!”
Guess what? No ban. Same with everyone I’ve talked to. But if you feel better, I guess that’s all that counts.
