Please make halo3,4,odst,and cea backwards

i want these game backwards compatible because what if you want play with your friends on last gen anymore and you sold 360, or its broken, or in the closet or you just strictly wanna play on a Xbox one and your eager to play a last gen game with your friend and play the game with recording and screenshots instead of being in theater mode all the time and that’s why these games should be backwards compatible

I kinda get why they don’t when there’s master chief collection it has every single Halo except for 5 of course, wars, and reach, ODST you can get as DLC, and Halo reach is backwards compatible so really you can play every halo on Xbox one already except for wars I think

I don’t see the point on making them backwards if you have halo MCC and you can play them with you friends

Actually Halo wars is backwards compatible too.

Because Halo 4 of 360 and Halo 4 of MCC are different servers, therefor you can’t play with a friend who only has a 360 while you have a one.

Eventually almost all first party titles will be BC. Phil Spencer stated that he wants all first party titles BC, if possible. Some games might not work on BC because they need to discs or some other technical issue, but as far as I am aware all Halo titles shouldn’t be an issue.

No halo wars is BWC too

Double / multiple disc support is there now for the X1. One of the recent games added (Deus Ex: Human Revolution) required multiple discs, they were able to work out the issues

If they add them to backwards compatibility i don’t think you will be able to play with friends because you cant in halo reach.

Um, yes you can.
What problems are you having?

that would be pretty nice

I, for one, absolutely think they need to make them backwards compatible. They’ve touted the fact that backwards compatibility is for the “best selling and most fun Xbox 360 games” and obviously anything Halo falls in that category.
I feel like it’s just a money grab at this point to leave them off the list so we HAVE to buy (much less play) MCC instead of having access to the games we already own. I refuse to even put MCC in my XBone bc I don’t want the years I’ve spent unlocking achievements to go to waste on the simple fact that they decided to create an ungodly amount of new ones for games that we’ve already put time into.
I hate having to dig my 360 out of the closet, set it up, and then put it away on the off chance I want to enjoy an old-school Halo title.
Do us a solid 343/MS and hook us up with Halo on the list finally!
PS: I’m not anti-H2A, in fact I’d love to play it. But kinda wish it was a stand-alone download on the Store (again, bypassing the need for MCC).
