MCC, while never really fixed, is now worse than ever for me. First, can’t get a game. Quit the build. Then, get a game fairly quickly. Game fails to load. Dash board again, quit, restart. Grind and grind while never finding players. Eventually get a game. If it’s HCE or H2C, it doesn’t play “exactly as I remember it 10 years ago”. Hit rec is still trash in H2C. HCE has so many things wrong with it compared to the OG Xbox. H3 doesn’t even play like H360 H3 - the shot registration is much much worse.

Look, you’ve promised to fix this thing. It isn’t fixed. Halo has generated billions for MS. The least you can do is make good on your promises and fix this thing once and for all.

I bought an xbox one solely for this game, its really a shame it doesnt work correctly… I dont believe for a second that this games population is down… I have never, ever had trouble getting into any halo games, ever, except for this game… Depressing man…

Reason being, they were PC ports. You can notice the small things in Halo 1, like the lip being removed from Hang 'em High, or shields still flaring after death. I remember at launch, they pretty much put out 1.0 unpatched Halo PC, which made it laggy as all hell. Since then it’s been much improved.
