Moderators, could you, please, lock this?

Thank you.

source?

Link or it didn’t happen.

Its pure speculation. No source needed.

It isn’t really 343 Guilty Spark, Chakas mentioned Spark as a separate entity altogether.

But how does the Chief know that?

^ 'Nuff said.

He won’t to begin with, but the Librarian would probably tell him. Not to mention Chaka’s personality would be different from Spark’s and his personality. Chakas would be more Human.

We can confirm it. Why else would they be included in the books? People are so reluctant to even begin to try to accept one’s ideas. I’m simply speculating about the Halo 4 story.

I don’t know, by his voice and mannerisms? Chakas isn’t even in his Monitor form anymore, he IS the Infinity or whatever ship he hijacked.

It would be an intense few moments though. I can just imagine Master Chief tensing up at the mere presence of him.

Guess you’re right about that.

> It isn’t really 343 Guilty Spark, Chakas mentioned Spark as a separate entity altogether.

Guilty Spark IS Chakas. He practically became Guilty Spark when he became a Monitor and was disconnected from his former human self.

Anyway you’re assuming that Spark-II even hijacked the Infinity. For all we know it could just be some ONI prowler.

Now it would make a bit more sense that the Librarian is in the Shield World and Spark-II did hijack the Infinity. Otherwise it would be A LOT of coincidences occuring.

Seeing how Chakas is looking for the librarian, who is implied to be in a Geas- i don’t see how he is going to talk to chief. Not to mention This story is going on after 2259 where halo 4 has to take place in 2556 with cortana being 7.

So this is another thread of people talking about stuff that they wouldn’t talk about if they knew what they were talking about.

That is like saying Cortana is Dr. Halsey, they aren’t. Cortana may be based off of Halsey’s brain, but she is her own separate entity. Same goes for Chakas and Spark. 343 Guilty Spark may be a fragment of Chakas’ personality, as he hints when he referenced Spark as one of him, but that doesn’t mean Spark is actually Chakas.

The entire Halo franchise takes place well after 2259, the Human-Covenant war started in 2552.

In Primordium is stated that Bornstellar/Didact saves Chakas by uploading his mind into the blank Monitor because his body was severely damaged. Becoming an AI changes a man.

Why so harsh? I’m just letting my imagination run on. No need to bash me…again.

Did you really just reply to a typo as if it wasn’t one?

The return happens in 2559 Halo four has to happen in 2556.

So that means he is 343 Guilty Spark even though there are tons of different Monitors? Correct me if I’m wrong, but wasn’t Chakas assigned to Installation 07? And even then, the research team on Kholo found a Monitor there. The only people who called Chakas Spark were the ONI team and that was purely for moral reasons.

Sorry to be a bearer of bad news, but your wrong. The Human-Covenant War began in 2525 with the Covenant attack on Harvest after the Jiralhanae(Brutes) and San’Shyuum(Prophets) believed the Humans were hoarding mass amounts of Forerunner relics there, which was actually the Humans themselves. The glyph for Reclaimer for misread as Reclamation.
