Hate to say it but the only thing we know dosent require an internet connection is campaign but I think that requires it as well here’s why:
Usually we cant drop in and out of coop campaigns in previous games because to drop into the game the game would have to be a SERVER! But now our friends are magically able to drop into the game without us quitting? Theres three ways this can be possible
The game is a server in the first place like Destiny or Titanfall!
The game is able to turn itself into a server when someone joins!
The game is only a server when connected to Xbox Live!
Honestly I have dreading feeling thats its the first one and honestlty i hope someone can proove me wrong about all this!

And would have had millions more if it didnt require a connection!
And what happens if we have another Lizard Squad Incident or when Xbox one servers are shut down im still able to play the original halo ce on my xbox 360.
I would say Destiny is doing fine, although Bungies antics with The Taken King may have had some players turning away, as for Titanfall, it’s one of the most solid online shooters I have had the pleasure to play, sure the numbers are low, but I feel that was down to how limited the games was at launch, I’m sure there are some without internet, so yeah, not good for them, fair point there.

You’re missing the point. 12.8 is not a small amount. “Not many ppl play Destiny or Titanfall” is a flatout exaggeration. And Titanfall’s faults lie in it’s repetitiveness and lack of modes and proper campaign.

I understand that, but it’s the way gaming is heading in general, there are other games to turn to, and let’s face it, apart from the very very rare occasion, they’re usually back on line pretty quick these days.

No, but I have put hundreds of hours into Titanfall, and I can count on one hand how many times I have lost access, if ever.

Considering it’s MP-only, does it matter? The population is going to dwindle down to nothing anyway.

Ive also played titanfall heaps its provably one of my fav games ever infact i just want to have the power to go and play it years later egen after xbox one services have been shutdown though its a way off xbox 360’s is getting shutdown either 2016 or 2017!
