Please let us vote-kick players in MP

It would be abused if player controlled, but if they have enough team kills, like two in select gamemodes (not grifball because theres so much teamkilling)
so if someone keeps splattering, a system shows up and players vote them out.

Vote kicking would be exploited so I’d say no to that…never a good thing and it would ruin custom games for me too so I’ll say no to it in general. They just need a proper kick system in place with systems in place to check activity.

Simple tools like this would be a warm welcome in infinite. Would even like an option to surrender if your teammates quit or you’re getting creamed.

Love this idea.

Vote kick would be a very difficult thing to balance in the game. I’m not saying it couldn’t work, I’m just saying it would be difficult.

I think there should just be a more refined system in place than what exists in MCC currently. I can see this player-voting being abused quite easily…

I definitely wish the game would fix this halo 5 also a lot of issues u get banned for leaving 3 times

No, this system is almost always abused. I have experienced this in previous games other than Halo before and it’s usually by people who want to kick others out for their own personal satisfaction and feeling of control over another.

People will use the vote to kick power to kick the good players on the other team. People will abuse its power

Why would we kick spawn-killers? They may be annoying but they’re not braking any rules, that’s just the game.
I don’t think the players should have this power, it’s guaranteed to be used in bad ways.

I’m stuck somewhere between wanting an improved kick system, and pointing out that one of the biggest problems with Halo is people quitting. I like the idea of a vote kick system, but I’m not sure how it could work in Halo.

One thing the game desperately needs, and hopefully gets added to MCC at some point, is a forfeit system. That system can run with a vote quite well; but also is nice when automated like in Destiny where if the other team is decimating it gives them a victory and ends the game early.

As someone who used to play Rainbow six siege alot, Helllll no. Keep vote to kick out and keep it to an automated system.

I strongly agreed with this statement completely, why so much emphasis? Whether you’re playing with good teammates, a good match, having fun or perhaps just minding your business there’s always that one guy, a certain party up 2-4/5? players who want to force, trick, or troll, or betrayed you for a quick buck of satisfaction. From personal experience, games that have these system are either really toxic to some extent or a common occurrence you’ll see.

Especially if you just want to play alone in a moment or are a lone player. "But JuSt PlAy WiTh FrIeNdS ThEn " or " Sounds like a you problem " so called excuses that I would rather avoid seeing in the future.
My point being, no. I prefer to have a system where if the player betrays you more than twice should automatically have a pop up for you, the victim player. To see if you want to ā€œForgive or Boot this playerā€, or the system itself boots that player for you for unsportsmanlike conduct. Just like what we have now for Halo so far.

Nearly a year later and this is exactly the problem with Halo Infinite MP. Lately in over half the matchmade games I’ve had an AFC player on my team who is a free kill for the enemies throughout the match. Infuriating that this is still a problem after literally years.

A system that kicks a player needs to be automated, IMO. I have played games in the past, MGO(Metal Gear Online) specifically, where the kick system was by vote. Let me tell you, that system was abused like no other and created a toxic gameplay environment from players. You were bad? Kick. You were good? Kick. Just playing the game? Kick. Rarely did anyone question why a player was being voted to kick out. Players just voted Yes to stop spamming.
