No I don’t think they should use BOBs, but they should use an equivalent. And hopefully you should be rewarded for killing them this time.

Anyway, I thought BoB’s were a really silly easter egg. “Oh you found a gold ranger, here have some points.” Is kind of fruitless.
I’d rather the easter eggs be at least cool, difficult to find, rewarding, or worth a laugh.
Now, if BOBs had hilarious English dialogue they would spew out while you fought them, THAT would be awesome, or if ALL BOBS dropped a special item, like the Datapad the SpecOps Elite is carrying at the beginning of Winter Contingency.
O.O IDEA!
Kill “BOBs”, and they drop the Campaign Skulls! The BOBs would be in hard to find locations, and once you find them, they are the most difficult Elites/Prometheans in the game.
Of course, call them something different. Like Headhunters.
