Keep in mind the MCC team was pulled off MCC to help with Infinite’s launch and had only begun working on MCC again in mid January. The radio silence however, is a constant annoyance with 343.

I went back to mcc a few weeks ago. Lack of maps and no ranked slayer or team doubles made the game become very stale for me. I’ll try infinite again when they come out with an update.

I’ll play some MCC multiplayer this weekend.
Since Infinite’s launch I have only logged on for campaign stuff. I will alleviate some of my pre-Infinite match composer restrictions as well.

Even Halo 4 Multiplayer is wayyyyyyyy better than Infinite.
And the Halo 4 story doesn’t have Cringe Escharum dialogue and is pretty decent because the biomes aren’t bleeding Hexagon pillars everywhere

Personally I wouldn’t want to go back into Mcc because I think Halo 5 has the best multiplayer. Y’all should come back into halo 5 then 
If MCC was a single game I’d agree, but it has CE, 2, 2A, 3, Reach, ODST FF, Reach FF, and 4’s multiplayer all in one, there’s literally something for everyone, which imo beats out Halo 5’s multiplayer by a long shot.
I love both games, but I feel like the only reason I even play Infinite is for challenges, nothing else. MCC just has more content and I can have more fun in custom games.
More population for both will help
I really wish they would bring H5 to MCC. I love the new modern feeling of H5 but I’m a PC player so I’m screwed in that regard. I’m a huge fan of the older Halos but they don’t feel modern by any stretch of the imagination. They feel old and slow in comparison to Infinite and it just doesn’t feel great to go back to at this point.

343 has confirmed pretty much that H5 won’t ever come to MCC, however they have NOT disregarded the idea of a full PC port at some point, there’s still hope.
I still play MCC but I play the campaigns not MP

I’m kidding though. 5 just wasn’t my jam, but I respect it. I’m sticking with 3 and a little 2A myself though.
I just got to level 21, tour 9 tonight … To get to level 22 is about 7 million xp… Glad the challenges reset tomorrow.
