This thread feels like your ex asking you to come back, like we appreciate the effort but we left you for a reason.
I’ll be back for the swat and fracture events to finish those passes but after that I’m so done with the game.
I just want cool stuff the little kiddies will point at and go “woaaahh, he’s been playing since launch!” For when they inevitably fix the game, I don’t belive MS is gonna let it fail.
Got the only thing I cared about for this event and Uninstalled so I can regain my sanity and not even have to look at that -Yoink!- game.
Me and my gf will be on MCC instead, which is a much better place for her to try to get into it.

It’s not comparable really, it’s not like destiny or infinite that wants your time so bad they’ll force you to do anything to keep you playing longer even if it forces you to despise it in the end.
MCC just launched featureless, but it’s genuinely better now, and doesn’t really have anything you need to do within a certain time frame, beside maybe buy things from the exchange.

Interesting. I’ll have to look at it again when I get home. I’m on console and it gave me the option. Might be locked to specific headsets that support it.
I find it interesting how quite a few have ditched Xbox live now infinite is out and free.
My ultimate sub ran out last week (three month trial) and I haven’t renewed my gold yet. I thought about it today, but have resisted the temptation. Even though I pay for it through MS points.

Nah if i want to go back in time i will. But for now Iove the core gameplay of This game. Everbody fprget how MCC was in the begin. Then This game plays like Dream in comparrison

MCC isn’t even 60$ that’s the great part! Infinite isn’t even free, you’ll spend more money in 2 weeks on Infinite than in 2 years on MCC.

You’re dreaming if you think Infinite plays better than current MCC. Also how MCC launched is irrelevant now, it’s grown into a fan favorite because the MCC team actually listened to the feedback they were getting and busted their butts to make it happen.

I already left Infinite but I didn’t go back to MCC. lol
I’m finishing up some other games, then next month when Elden Ring, Horizon Forbidden West, Dying Light 2, AC: Dawn of Ragnarök releases… yup… it doesn’t look like there will much time to squeeze in a lackluster, broken Halo Infinite anywhere in between those titles that deliver full, complete games at launch. Unlike 343. Then nearly every month after that has a good game coming out all the way to Starfield in November… so good luck to the population of Infinite.
I’ll check back on the state of Infinite once I’m finishing up the other games.

I’m definitely considering it. I absolutely hate the insanely bright outlines system that draws the attention of foes from across the map. It’s impossible to move in and out of cover unnoticed. And to those who are soooo concerned about cosmetics and “expressing themselves “, those efforts are completely erased by the intense blinding shield glow that happens whenever you are damaged which is always. Everyone looks like a bunch of lit up Christmas trees out there! I really miss the red vs blue and have been contemplating hanging it up on infinite. Too much attention on micro transactions has taken away from the games roots.

So based on what you said you won’t pay for a proper made game but will play a free broken one, wouldn’t we all. I prefer h5 which yes it cost money, but you get good graphics, Warzone and Warzone firefight, BTB, consistent fiesta and a huge sandbox of weapons vehicles and you also have forge, a proper customization system new permanent Armor abilities and some decent maps. My favourite halo for multiplayer would most certainly be this one, campaign isn’t amazing but it’s still pretty cool.
@GreenGunner114, assuming you meant cosmetics, you lost me at, “a proper customization system”. Halo Infinite gives significantly more options in that regard.

Halo Reach MCC is broken, it crashes every night on multiple occassions. This issue is present since the helmet update last november. Several people pointed it out to 343i, but after 3 months it’s still broken. People walking away from MCC too.

I just recently downloaded it on my pc, so I can’t watch to start playing that until infinite gets more content especially forge
