Please 343i kill the Master Chief before Halo 5 is released i want to be the spartan that saves the world and defeats the Didact not the chief he has had his 30 sec of fame now it’s time for it to come to an end, my spartan 4 and everyone else’s should be the new hero’s thanks :).

So the Chosen One of the Spartans couldn’t definitively kill the Didact but you think your carbon copy IV can?

No my first Halo game was Halo Combat Evolved and at that point the first time you look at the box etc was just epic you really feel like you are Spartan 117 and the last of your kind and humanities last hope as it say on the box description :). Then they ruin it by making him John i want that sense back of being an awesome badass spartan again :).
At the very least they should just make chief a side character and have him defeat the Didact at the very end if they have to but i’d rather play as a spartan that is supposed to be me and not him.

Yeah which is quite good and not bad at all although i don’t play all to much as it’s not quite the same as a fully fledged campaign.

I didn’t say he wasn’t badass but that was him not me i want to feel like it me that’s a badass spartan not someone else.

He never was you, he was an established character in the franchise before the game even came out with Halo: The Fall of Reach.
