Take 343 off of halo and you’ll be stuck with no game at all.
All those hours having to retrain this next supposed studio on what Halo is about, come on really?
Not really sure what you’re asking. But as someone who has played both the Halo Infinite ($60US) and The Witch Queen ($40US) campaigns; I can say that you get far more for your money and subjectively a better campaign with The Witch Queen.
P.S. And Destiny 2 The Witch Queen comes with co-op…

a Financial ellement could come into play in this situation, as a result some could feel as you imply that Microsoft is neglecting it.
Halo isnt just a game, its a place where friends meet to have fun, maybe for several years before the next Halo comes out. But if this is a 10 year game like GTA5, then they need to start adding features.
There hasnt been a new feature since the game came out that people care about.
No new maps, no ingame stats, no ranking system for team slayer.
Maybe 343 mean that the game will be like Halo 5 in 10 years.
My friends talk about how good Halo 3 and even Halo 4 was to play, we are already bored at the 7 maps in
team slayer.
Launch site, Behemoth, Bazaar, Streets, Live fire, Recharge and Aquarius. And the two first 3 maps are not even team slayer maps, they are CTF maps.
Why no remakes of classic maps ?
Halo MCC is also in a bad state with 100+ in ping for EU players.
Maybe we can try that game though.

At this point, it would be more beneficial for the game if they were to press pause on everything, go heads down on fixing this game, and communicate that to the community. The drip feed while understaffed is not a strategy that’s working. It’s just making the few people that stuck around irritated.
If priority 0 is team welfare, priority 1 should be desync and region select. No point to having content if the core of the game is broken.
Besides the secret game mode that Certain Affinity is working on, how cool would it be to have a classic game mode in Infinite? Basically Halo 3.5 settings and fan favorite map remakes to bring back the people who jumped over to MCC.

Just hacked through 20cm of ice to reach a drain, and made a metre long sloped ice-ditch. Feel spent.
Tried to look through some updates but couldn’t find anything on this.

It can be fun, but like I said, I really only play it during events and with friends.
That way, when the new season comes around, I can try it out and not feel burned out

Companies will do what they gonna do.
I wish that the devs would do more polling on waypoint themselves… I think that they are more concerned with pulling in new fans than respecting the opinions of long time players.
I wish that they could see that to make a great Halo game they need to look at what made Halo special in the first place and try to capture that in a new way, rather than finding a new way to make it special. I feel like so much of Halo Infinite was just trying hard to catch new trends, rather then just trying to make a good, cinematic, immersive experience in the Halo universe.

Hey so this doesn’t have to do with Halo Infinite but with Halo Wars 2 servers.
A guy named Team Respawn asked why the servers were down for what i think was 48 hours. He tagged all the community managers. Postums responded with:

On lucids stream he was going over his tweet which was something along the lines of “Infinite is poop.” they were talking about the tweet and how people were asking him to delete it. the other pro speaking to him said devs? and he basically acknowledged it was. Immediately changing subject afterwards because you know they have a relationship with 343i they need to keep in tac.
I didn’t see this live but i saw it in a Halo HQ clip.
EDIT: i found the clip: it’s a little misrepresented on my part because it was on lucids stream but the person it involved was covent. It’s more or less the same outcome though just players involved mixed up. My bad.

I have to say, I’m also a little tired of feedbacking.

Yes, the Destiny Content Vault isn’t the nicest way of handling content. However, at the very least that content has the chance of returning. I haven’t played Infinite in probably a month whereas I’ve found lots of enjoyment with The Witch Queen. You can be defensive over Infinite, but that’s not going to change it being a floundering mess.
