YES. Although there are other problems, if it lasted for a significant period of time I might even be one of its defenders, but as of now it effectiveness is very low.

I have no problem of it not being static, but the duration kills it’s effectivness. My freind can’t even finsih his “on my X” before it dissappears.

Increase its duration, make it stay with the tag and not follow the dead body and while your at it 343 - change it to red.
