Josh: Yup it wont even show up as a inserted disk
Josh: The only game i have that wont

Josh: Work which means i cant even reinstall it

Rufus: With the information and the steps that you have done so far, I believe there might be issues on the game disc it self.

Rufus: In this it would be best to co-ordinate with the store where you purchase the game disc or through haloway point support site. On the alternate solution on how we can deal with the game disc.
Josh: Well returning it is impossable at this point
Josh: And microsoft owns 343 right

Rufus: That is correct though game disc usually have warranty in the store for replacement policy and usually the games disc only have 30 days warranty from the time it was purchase.
Rufus: Contacting the Haloway points forum you can get details information on how you can deal with this issue as through us we can’t process any replacement order for game disc only for the console and kinect replacement order.

As much we here in support would like to process any order for your game disc however we can only process or create order for the console, kinect and the accessories that came with it. Though accessory order will depend on the warranty details of the accessory.

Rufus: And with regards to your request I do apologize since the game disc was purchase through the store we can’t generate a Digital code for it as a replacement as game disc are non-convertible once purchased.

what I am asking for is a replacement disk, I baught this game over 3 months ago and had to deal with all the issues and now that its getting close to fixed I cant play it anymore.

Hi Josh, Rufus was right in what he was saying. As you’ve got a physical disc, you’d need to go back to the store you purchased the game from and speak to them about getting a replacement. Are you in the UK at all? If you are, there are some consumer acts you can read up on that give you a little help when returning goods if you have any issues. Sales of goods act is a good place to start. If you bought the disc online then the Distance Selling Regulations come into play. This is all for UK buyers though, I don’t know much about other countries I’m afraid but I would hope they would have similar protection.

Hi There!!!

I need help. I bought Halo MS Collection and I can not install Halo 5 Beta guardians. My disc includes the “try cupon” no code and I try find it in games inside the store like “Halo Beta, halo 5 beta” but is not there.

Its something different now?

Hi Gustavo, you would have been better creating your own thread but I can answer you here. The Halo 5 beta is unfortunately over now, there is no way to access it. It ran between the 17th of December and the 19th of January. Sorry that you missed it, it was quite fun.

Ohhh So Sad!!! Anyway I already have my Halo 5 pre-order. I was really out of date before I got a xbox. Thanks for support. I will create own threads.
