Please help, for the past two weeks it will not allow me to use my season points. It only says that it is offline but I am able to play online and complete all challenges. I have 18 season points just sitting there. Please help. I am playing on xbox. But I also have it on steam. I have not tried to access the season points on steam yet.
Usually, days before a new season starts, the other seasons are temporarily disabled.
Ongoing issue, be patient and hopefully it will be fixed in season 8.

It’s a known issue. There’s a long thread on here about it. There will be a fix with the Season 8 release
