Hi. Just started playing Halo 4 and it keeps saying i have no live connection. Only on this game though, as all others work fine online. ANy ideas?
Are you playing it on a One? If yes, the best fix is to delete and re-install the game. I’m not sure why this happens, but sometimes a backwards compatible game will simply stop connecting to Live. Re-installing fixed the problem for me for a different game.
Uninstalling and reinstalling the game will usually fix this. It works on Halo Reach as well.

This happens on xbox one as well, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. When you start searching, the game goes offline and a message pops up saying “You appear to have lost your connection to Xbox Live”.

Oops, meant to type “One”! I’ve edited my post.
In your case, have you tried a hard reset? Also, do you use Instant-On? The latter can sometimes cause issues with connectivity.

Yes i’ve tried, even if i don’t use Instant-On. But i think it’s a server issue (happens on both consoles).

Also i noticed that if you play a populated playlist (the only one is BTB), you find a match nine times out of ten. When you search on another playlist, it disconnects from live and the error message pops up.
