I received a problem yesterday, changed the colors of my emblem to pink and now I can not change the colors of the emblem.
According to Waypoint, your Halo 5 emblem is black and grey. Try power cycling/hard resetting your console. This should clear your cache and correct any profile sync errors, which is likely what has happened to you.
