I bought a memories of reach req pack and after I bought it it said I got jun and kats helmets with George’s stance but it said failed to save character and I have none of it and I’m out 10 bucks!!!
I bought one right before it and got emiles armor and helmet along with juns armor and have all of that but 2nd req pack stuff is nowhere.
There was a server issue a few hours ago which should be resolved now. Try hard resetting your console or you can see your REQ inventory here on waypoint. If you unlocked them in game and saw the unlock then you won’t have lost them
You can also check here on waypoint if they have unlocked for you. Go to your account - Halo 5 - reqs - armours - check to see if you have them.
