I was playing halo reach with my brother in law tonight and all the sudden got a pop up message on my screen that said that my console and my account had been temporarily banned from earning credits… If somebody out tjere knows what to do please help

Hi I’ve recently have purchased 5 gold packs and its goes threw the process tell me to check open packs and I didn’t get anything it’s 10.000 times 5 how can I get my packs I contacted Xbox live and they directed me here my gamertag is madvenezuelan1 and I’d like or my points back or the packs

You should make your own post over in the Halo 5 support forums OP, don’t hijack unrelated threads. Also best to remove your email address
