In the past 5 days I have been kicked out of every game I have played across all playlists, probably 30 games or more! None of my reqs will load I don’t get it. I have really good Internet I know the problem isn’t on my end Ive done everything I can think of to fix the problem but it won’t go away. The game is totally broken for me what should I do??
If the game loads properly, try a hard reset on your xbox. That will work for me when I cannot access reqs.
Test network connection and try anything outside of the game to make sure your connection is good. Try everything from resetting your connection to a simple replug. If after everything you still cant access req and all has failed then reinstall.
I doubt youll need to get to the last suggestion.
I have done all of this including a reinstall! I as of right now I have 118.62 download 18.35 upload with 0%loss…and still every game I play I get booted and still none of my reqs will load. And it all started since the 1st
Do you use Time Warner Cable? The reason I ask is because there have been numerous complaints from TWC users about connectivity issues only while playing Halo 5.

I feel like there are more people on the forums complain about quitters and more people complain about being dropped since the update. Is it just me or does it feel like something got really messed up as of the new update

I’ve had severe bugginess and lagging with Arena matchmaking for nearly a week and I noticed today that I’d lost EVERYTHING. My reqs, my CSR, armor, and today I got a banned message. I don’t know what’s going on. Already tried a hard reset which worked for a few matches. The only time I have ever had DNF’s is when your servers are not working properly. I have checked everything on my end. If you check my game records, this has been going on for almost a week and also back in December. I usually only play free for all so, I’m not accidentally killing teammates or any other things that can get you banned. I am not a person who quits games and I definitely don’t care about K/D ratio or what place I will rank…what I do care about is my customizations and my reqs. I just want to play the game and have fun!

Sure would be nice if 343i responded on this post. I’ve been having more trouble than ever since this update. I would like to play the product I for. 343i post something to show us you at least acknowledge this problem.

Look at my recent game history I have so many DNFS as of the 1st. Does anyone know of an update or anything to fix this issue?
Sign out of your Xbox live profile sign back in and give halo about 1-3 minutes to load your data (req points,Spartan rank etc). I am still having issues with being booted from time to time from warzone arena which I clearly do not betray teammates or do anything to get kicked then I get a big stamp saying DNF on some matches.
I’ve been banned every time I play slayer for no -Yoinking!- reason. I’m addressing to you using this language to let you know my frustration about the -Yoinking!- bann system. The only thing I have done is checking my Stas at the end of the game and every time I do it I get bann it make no -Yoinking!- sense. Please fix this -Yoink-!!.
