I was told by Xbox support to come to this site and post a forum about bugs in the game and have them approve a refund for the game. Every time i turn on the game, if it doesn’t dashboard me that is, it doesn’t save any progress I’ve made in campaign. So im looking to get a refund. Again xbox support told me to post a forum here to get refund authorization. This is my second post please respond ive been waiting for 2-3 hours now
We’ve been looking into issues surrounding Saved Games and Checkpoints in Campaign that can end a player’s session and bring them to the Xbox One Dashboard. This issue can be resolved by restarting the mission from the beginning.
