Hi, I’m new here and I’m posting this for my husband so bear with me…
My husband has been playing Halo 4 live like crazy and he really loves it but for the past three days the servers have been down. When he tries to play live he’s back to a default spartan. Every thing he’s earned like armors and XP points and such is on the loading page, but when he goes to play Infinity he’s a default. We tried clearing the cache cause some people said that would fix it but it hasn’t.
The specific message it’s giving us is- “The Halo servers are not available. Please try again later. Matchmaking has switched to using the default playlist.” It also says he can’t earn commendations and that he may have chosen to be an offline Spartan but he says he didn’t chose that.
He’s really bummed out about this and I want to find a way to fix it for him before he gets home from work. He’s saying if this problem persists for the rest of the week he’s going to have to just return it, but I can tell he doesn’t want to have to do that, so-
What do we do to fix it? Is there even anything that can be done?
