Please help, REQ's and XP gone?

Disclaimer: I have made a similar post earlier, but decided to move this post to this forum.

For those TL;DR users: let me give you a quick sum up of what’s going on: my XP and RP as well as my collection isn’t showing up anymore.
Let me start off where it all began. I got a silver pack about 3 days ago, normal as usual, but then, something strange happened. The req pack couldn’t be opened, error after error, I couldn’t open it. I assumed it was my connection, I restarted my router and Xbox. Only to find the issue persisted. Exept this time, the req pack claimed it was already opened, and didn’t even exist. I was confused, as I knew I didn’t unlock any new items. So I knew the pack was obviously bugged. Later that night, I bought a Memories of Reach pack, I received rather dull things, an emblem, a certification, and an armour I might never use. The usual. Haha. But then the next day, I noticed My XP and REQ points were not showing up, the game said I had 0 points and the XP bar didn’t show up. I shrugged it off, as this happens often. It’s just connection issues, if the match ends i will get my stuff back! Right? Nope! It’s been almost 3 days since the issue. My XP bar isn’t showing, my RP is at 0, and I can’t even view my collection and stats??? What?
ive restarted my Xbox, Internet, etc. Please, if you have a solution. Let me know.

Go the req section here on WP to check your RP. I see in your profile there is an rank XP as well. When the issue you describe happens to me, I either hard reset my xbox, or quit out of the game. You are getting a synch error at the beginning of the game right? If you don’t synch the only thing that has worked for me is to restart the game. Sometimes I need to do it 3 times. If there is no sync error your XP should show fine. It may take RP several minutes to load.

Luckily, after my 14th restart these past few days, the game finally decided to fix itself.
