Something glitches while syncing my profile and now all my settings are gone (player outlines, field of view, etc. I quit and came back and and nothing. How do I recover or resync my settings from what I had? Like from yesterday.
On Xbox series x.
Appreciate any help on how to revert all my settings to yesterday. I tried to set things back but don’t recall and fear it’s continuing to load now without my true settings. Not sure how to get back or resync my profile. Make sense?
It’s an issue with the last update. I doubt your settings are ever coming back as I assume these are stored locally and have been completely overwritten. So you may just have to readjust them.
It sucks but there isn’t much else to do from here. You could log a support ticket but I don’t think it would actually help you in this case.

It happened when it showed ‘syncing’. Weird, some settings stayed but most are lost. So if it syncs, what is it syncing? Just hoping I can get them back somehow. Any other ideas?
Looked at the support ticket and couldn’t find anything for that (profile settings being lost).
My audio, visual and acccessibilty settings reset too but it doesn’t look like my controls did.
I’m okay with that. Those are easy to remember/change.
I did a ticket about it along with quite a few others, every time I start game all my settings gone, at least they acknowledged they looking into it. Just annoying having to re-do my settings every time I play
Had this happen to me just now, but it wasnt the specific controller settings. FOV, player outlines, etc only. Had to change it all back.
Felt off for a few games afterwards
