ive completed legendary and have gone back , with the assistance of Youtube , to ulock all of the terminals .
I found some terminals along the way on my own , so obviously the terminals are not unlocked in order … but now ive unlocked all terminals except terminal 4 on the " infinity " level .
After rally point bravo , from the mission start or not , it just isnt there 
. Even of Legendary , although the actual terminal is ?? just not the eye like circlural ball and the " press b to access terminal prompt ?
It is there when i join someone who has yet to access the terminal on their profile … just not on my own .
And yet , when even when i access it it in someone elses game on Co-op … although it says on screen its unlocked , it isnt on waypoint , and i dont get the achievement for all terminals unlocked either ???
Is this an unfortunate glitch ??
As an avid , lifelong halo fan … i need this before i csn progress to Spartan Ops .
