Hello. I am contacting you because I have not received my codes to activate my specializations for Halo 4. I have contacted Microsoft twice and left a message on the Waypoint forums. I am frustrated. I am feeling pushed aside and I am currently at a loss. According to the first rep I spoke to, the codes are user specific. I have checked my email, my spam/junk mail folder, the email of the “parent” on our family account, and even my wifes account. I have checked all the way back to November 6, 2012. I have received NOTHING. I have requested that my codes be resent to the email on my account and was advised that Microsoft had no part in the specialization codes - there is nothing Microsoft is able to do. I was advised to contact 343 to request assistance.
I have been playing Halo since the first game back in the days of Bungie. This is my favorite game franchise and the reason I purchased an XBox. I even managed to convince my wife that Cortana was a great name for a little girl (turns out we had a boy). Though money has been tight, my wife was insistant that we purchase Halo 4 so that I could have some kind of outlet. As of right now, I am stuck at SR 70 and cannot level up any further - I have maxed out.
Can you please send me the specialization codes? As I undersatnd it each code was unique to the user name, so I am the only person who is able to use those particular codes. Can someone simply resend the email with my codes? If this is not a possiblity, can someone explain why not, and what options we have to retreive my codes.
