Hello guys! So today I finally got my hands on the limited edition halo 5 and launched the game to open my premium warzone packs. Then I realized they weren’t there so I uninstalled the dlc (its counted as a game addon) and reinstalled it and then I saw the packs, however I could not open them and got an error. Then I decided to give up after a few more tries and went to play some games with my friends only to never see these packs again and I never got anything from them either. Someone please tell me what is going on. 
Well, I had something like this occur to me, I just waited for a while because I think with it being Day 1, the req servers were over flowed with people opening the packs and were constantly going down, you should have the packs by now though.

Did you get the packs back? I would advise contacting Technical Support if not, also check the internet to see what you get in the packs, and check to see in your inventory that you may have them in there?
Nope STILL no packs and nothing in my inventory from those packs only stuff from the gold pack I opened… How do you recommend I go about contacting support?

Thanks for the replies and moving my thread however I have seen some other posts about the same thing and apparently even support can not help you. This is very frustrating since I paid extra (100$ for the limitednedition) and I did mot recieve my packs. I understand that the game just came out but, it if the support team can’t even do anything about it (according to other users as I have not contacted them yet) then what do we do? I guess the ONLY option is to wait since I and other players cant really get a refund.
